Well it's been a busy October for us here at the IDC, our members have been featured in not one, not two but three publications. Get in!
First up is our interview in Estila Magazine which an independent British lifestyle publication. Estila is passionate about telling the stories of independent brands and emerging designers, and supporting women in creative business. So big thanks to them for supporting us all here at the IDC!
Tamsin Leech-Griffths, our Swansea based interior design creative has been featured in The Guardian with her stunning re-design of Langdale Cove Guesthouse in Mubbles, South Wales.
No. 8 Project - Interior Design Project in The Guardian
"Tamsin, a former fashion designer for Toast and Paul Smith, chose chocolate browns, greys and deep blues for the four en suite bedrooms, furnishing them in unfussy contemporary style. Twin anglepoise lamps over the beds are perhaps the only detailing that cries, “Hey, look at me!”
The third HUGE feature for IDC members is this month's Real Homes magazine where our very own Caroline Firth of Cheshire Interior Design not only got a 10 page feature of her home but she's also made the front cover with her gorgeous living room.
How amazing is this!?
But the IDC made a double whammy hit in this month's Real Homes magazine as I had one of my very own projects featured.
The Drawing Room project was something I was working on this time last year. And a year later it's in a magazine with the styling and content by yours truly too. A very proud moment indeed.
So not a bad month for the IDC crew hey? Here's how we celebrate at IDC HQ. With a GIF of course. A personal favourite of our member Emilie Fournet.
She has excellent taste i'm sure you will agree. Oh and before I go, if you're a member of the Twitterati, give use a follow, we'd love to see you over there!
